No, you have it backwards, because its not a bill. They are buying something, if you buy something and it cant be delivered, unless you have it written otherwise after awhile 90 days in washington if I am reading it right, they have to pay you interest on the money you have paid to buy something and not received. In the state of Washington thats 1% a month, you can verify that by looking at the judgements on Amiga Inc by Bolten and Matt, they have been making 1% a month on those since 30 days after the judgement. You keep trying to make this a credit situation, the only way its a credit situation is if you realize Hyperion is the debtor, now look at it that way and all your arguments say I am right, that Hyperion has ran there debt past $25k.
