What do we know about this case where the programmers appear to be suing Amiga and Hyperion together? Its mentioned as not being covered in the Stipulated Protective order between Amiga and Hyperion to keep certain stuff confidential.

Does anyone have any links for more info on this case?

@fairlanefastback

I have no links for that case, but the Friedens and Mr Vallinotto are just asking for a declarative judgement that they own the source-code to their respective parts of the OS. As such, should Amiga Inc. win, it would be clear that Hyperion has no right to hand over those particular sources as they do not own them.

@fairlanefastback

Here is a link to the site for the Court of First Instance of Brussels, however, this case does not appear in the diary.

They list their address on that site as:

T. More Building – 0209
L-2925 Luxembourg

So is this an EU court with a branch in each country with the Luxembourg branch as the main seat?
