"I don't think it's unreasonable to ask that detailed information about updates in OS4 be published. Literally the changes Hyperion give are things like "Stability changes to kernel", and then ssolie backs it up with statements to the effect that they will never provide details on what has been changed. How can developers know then if their code will continue to work? How can they know what improvements they could make? There is no way. I think that's what kas1e found so frustrating. "
