Down for me. Both sites are hosted by TUCOWS.COM CO. , so probably a server or outage for them.

Twitter was down for me earlier this week, when you visit one of these 'isitdown' sites and take a look at the plotted graphs it is actually quite surprising how often even these big players' sites go down.
