| Does anyone know how he died? I've heard roumors that he commited suicide because of depression he got after his wife died. But I don't know at all if it's true or not. _________________ Amiga Forum - Sweden's best Amiga Magazine

That's especially tragic if that's the case.
I don't recall any mention of memorial donations to a particular charity. Perhaps this is why.

Yes. Please don't spread this around as I don't want this rumour to become "truth". It's just a rumour for now. I'm simply looking for confirmation so we can know for sure. But I guess we will simply never know for sure, unless someone here sits on relevant information. Last edited by Yasu on 07-Apr-2016 at 11:42 AM.

Why is it important? Why do ask about that? _________________ Sometimes we give people a lot of credit just because they're writing nice sentences even if it isn't adding up to much. |

Who owns the Lorraine prototype? Is it Trevor? He would love to have that if he doesn't already. _________________ Amiga A1200, 3.1 ROMs, Blizzard 1230 MKIV 64MB & FPU, 4GB DoM SSD, Workbench 3.1 |

No offence to Trevor, but thankfully not. IIRC it is owned by Dale Luck._________________ Blog |

Correct.
As for Dave's death, I can only say that family, friends, and Amiga friends visited him in the hospital. They said Dave knew that he was going to pass.

Sounds like that may not have been the case.
It's a tragic loss to community either way.
And for those wondering why we ask: it's common to donate to causes in the memory of someone we cherished.
