It was a in a code they wanted sell to Amiga Technologies, and Andy Finkel was send to Phase5 to do some code review.

It is just some grumpy PCB layout guy who designed some toy computers at Commodore.

Haynie did some things more.

I don't knwo if he did some work on the ECS to AGA enhancements but most of the Commodore CPU cards where made by him, the A2630 for example. I hope the A3640 design was not his product because the schematics is based on a design from Motorola, demonstrating how to get the 68040 working in a 68030 bus, Commodore copied it including the error from Motorola's design.

Haynie had something to do with the ZIII design, the Buster (including the errors) are his work. Well maybe we should not blame Dave for all the problems with the ZIII DMA, ZIII had a complex bus design, and he only had access to outdated technology. Most people don't know much about that problems, there where not more than 10 card doing ZIII DMA worldwide.

Dave did some cool developments for the Amiga (double CPU car, Soundcard, AAA) but the best ones never went into production.
