Does Anyone know if fpse 0.10.2 actually works on classic 68k rtg without ppc or in winuae emulation? Tried a few times in winuae but didnt run at all, maybe only ppc..?

Yeah, I use it on my amithlon box quite frequently. Runs very nicely. Great emulator that is much on par with any other psx emulator on any other system.

FPSE should run on any 68020 or better which has a working FPU. There are some 060 optimizations in there (related to 64-bit math), but those are only activated if the CPU is reported to be a 060 and should not cause incompatibilities (only slowdowns) on lesser CPUs.
Maybe you tried without FPU emulation? I've only tested the 68k build of FPSE on a real 060 based OS3 Amiga and on OS4 and MOS. There is no AGA support however, so RTG of some kind is required.
