| New Video for those running 68k software on Aros.
Well cannot contain my excitement for this release of JanusUAE. Note that this is slightly later than the one on IcAros 1.21 update, I also get excited about pointer changes and icons on desktop (don't laugh).
Apologies to Oliver, I call it AmiBridge in the video, oops.

Very good presentation. Progress like this, is like icing on the cake.
Keep at it laddies and gentlemen. _________________ Quote:

A little bit of me is more excited about that than 3D acceleration! Time to upgrade Icaros to 1.2.1 methinks...

| It's funny to see double borders (AROS ones plus Amiga ones) :)
Little advice: next time, choose programs to show... showing the screen GUI preferences Amiga application in an AROS window isn't really great, since changes won't affect AROS windows ;)
One question: does Drag'n'drop work between Amiga (Janus) WB windows, and Wanderer ? Last edited by Leo on 10-Mar-2010 at 06:01 PM.

Point taken, but was only meant to show coherance working.
As for Drag and Drop, who knows what the future will bring. We do have cut and paste.
Double borders, yes odd but again may well disapear and does not appear on all windows.
This project is ongoing. Last edited by clusteruk on 10-Mar-2010 at 07:10 PM.

Beautiful! When coherence is completely finalised AROS is going to be a blast to use. 68k coherence with full AGA support does have its advantages over OS4 JIT. |

Some practical use for all those extra Ghz. _________________ - KimmoK // For freedom, for honor, for AMIGA // // Thing that I should find more time for: CC64 - 64bit Community Computer? |

Maybe I missed something here but we do have JIT on Aros UAE as well. Hence why it is so fast, not just the 3ghz available Last edited by clusteruk on 11-Mar-2010 at 08:03 AM.
