| Hi i am working further on Broadway.... You may know that every AresOne comes with AmigaForever... I am thinking about to ask cloanto for a C64 Forver bundle too.
What do you think... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZBrYnoQ3gZc
And another question: would someone pay more (lets say 120-150¤ on top) for a case like this:

I am still preparing a CDTV-like machine ; ) - Christmas time has been missed. But there was progress... AMC will be updated and i found a fine USB Joypad....
For now i was going to use this:

Voted would not hurt. But Amiga emulation is more important. I'd like to see the CDTV machine, if you can get that VHS-style Led display it would be awesome. Many thanks for your Aros machines, keep it up!

| @ruben About the LED Display: I am investigating this possibility.. Cases and displays are not the problem but you have to support it from AROS.

Why LED display? Don't do the same mistake as Commodore did in the past with its calculators, while Japanese introduced LCD display the same time and Jack Tramiel became unhappy with that. _________________

sorry but if you did use the Amiga 1000x case it just will not be the real Amiga, I mean come on, your actively supporting developers and companies in the Amiga community, you've place useful and legendary amiga apps on the device, your using an amiga inspired os Aros on it and your asking the community what they would like to see included. Thats not the commodore amiga way! Last edited by amigang on 22-Dec-2010 at 11:56 AM.

What should be displayed on an "VHS-style LE-Display" ? Would you like a alarm clock ? Why don't you prefer a VFD like it was used on VCRs ?

I'd only be interested in a "TF5" if the keyboard slipped under the case. After all that was one of the great features of the original Amiga. Personally, I don't understand why Commodore USA is messing with that at this point. Where's the A1000 replica?
I like your choice for a stereo system component. Very nice looking case.
However, I'm more interested in how cost-effectively and small form factor an AROS machince could be put together for.

Next time I struggle through a YouTube video of somebody Umm...ing and Err...ing through a voiceover of opening multiple windows I would like to post them your link as an imporant lesson in how it should be done. I am not particularly interested in the C64 these days, but if anything could revive my interest it is your advert.

When everybody has finished giving their opinion there is, unfortunately, only one way to find out. You have to try it and see

Leave it as an option and see demand in reality.
C64 emulation is welcome

This might depend on the keyboard you want to buy: http://www.maxpoint.de/en/products/keyboards.php?
Now ask Pascal about the headroom under the case.Last edited by Arko on 13-Feb-2011 at 02:50 PM.
