I'd love to see a new demo for OS4 & OS3...mainly because I love watching demos on all my miggies

I hope something in that department will materialise fairly soon

I'd like a gfx editor that can ... make a collage, or composite image of photos. People say it can be done with PerfectPaint, but I never figured out how. PPaint does it just that way I want to, but only 256 colors, so useless for photos.

Hmmm - have you already tried the "Collage" mode of Xabier Payet's "Snapshoter"?

The "shortcoming" of it is that you have to "snapshot" your photo(s) first to be able to use them for a collage. Doing so it reduces the file size massively (from a photo with e.g. 1.633 kB down to 354 kB), but the "quality" of the photo is maintained (at least I cannot notice any visible degradation in quality).

As 'SnapShoter' is a Hollywood application, there are versions of `Snapshoter` for AOS 3.x, WarpOS, AOS 4.x, MOS, AROS, Win32 and Apple (x86 v1.5.3.).

As Hollywood furthermore supports Linux (x86, ppc and arm), Mac OS X (ppc) and Android (arm), versions for these platforms could (theoretically) also be compiled by Xabier upon request...

cause then I can watch Netflix on my AmigaOS4.1 machine.

Hmmm - I could never understand why people insist in being able to watch movies and/or TV on their computers with relatively small displays.

I prefer to watch such things on a big screen TV with sound from my HiFi audio equipment sitting in my armchair in the living room...

I understand and appreciate your thoughts/perspective.

I don't always have the opportunity to watch what I want to watch on my TV in my lounge room on my nice lounge chair with my surround sound system. My wife might want to watch something that I don't want to watch, so watching Netflix on my awesome computer, which has a great monitor, pretty awesome speakers and a comfortable chair isn't a bad trade off.

@Dandy

There are a lot of websites I visit that I simply do not bother booting my Amiga to surf the net due to missing plugins such as Silverlight support, Flash support and also hardware accelerated graphics/video support. I think its great that developers have released some great updates and new software such as enhancer software package etc but I simply wish that Amiga was a capable platform to surf the net and yet it isn't. Unfortunately Timberwolf was abandoned, AmigaOS 4.2 and Gallium are a no show, its a real shame that I can't use my Amiga to do my daily web surfing cause I might boot the Pegasos 2 more often and consider seriously buying a X5000 or Tabor system.

@Fairdinkem

I understand what you mean.

The Enhancer Software is sponsored by A-EON to ensure that users have new software and updates in 2016 to use on their AmigaOne, SAM systems (and Pegasos too). We all want the platform to keep moving onwards and progressing.

A great team has been assembled who are motivated and work hard on the Enhancer Software project. If we can at least break even with the development cost of the Enhancer Software, we will continue to invest in updating it and adding new apps, drivers, classes and utilities. Every sale of an Enhancer Software CD or download means that an investment into further development is possible.
