Hi!

I just spoke to 01i, one of the guys behind the excellent GTK-MUI, and he gave me an URL to the latest screenshots that I want to share with you guys here! It looks quite advanced now, the screenshots shows the E-UAE GUI running. I hope we will see this GUI on AOS4 some day too.

Good to see it progressing. Does it work on other Amiga-like OSes though (i.e. OS4, Morphos, etc.)?

Good. IIRC, the Mozilla and OpenOffice porting teams were in need of GTK-MUI. This brings those projects a small step closer to reality.

Is there a list of what is complete and what is missing for it to be usefull for a browser port?

Why does one letter have to make such a big difference?

Why would anyone waste his time with something like that? Dillo has even less features than AWeb and IBrowse.

And the next release will use fltk2... so it would even more be a big waste of time to work on a gtk-mui version

@afxgroup

Well, from the picture shown uae-gui compiles, so it can't just be stupid examples. And there is a team working on it, with devs from different plattforms, so things are happening, I've been told, and I can see in cvs things are happening as well :)

Regards,
Joachim Birging

Ah, ok, the wording sounded more like there only was some stupid examples, but obviously I misunderstood you.

Ye gods! This must be the first time when someone writes "drool" and "Dillo" in one sentence!
