Anyone used AmigaInput with joypads?

Hi.

I am just adding AmigaInput support to my application and I'm not having much luck. I have added all of the appropriate code but when I press a button on my joypad it just doesn't do anything. I know that it's not my code because when I run the AmigaInput prefs program, it detects the joypad but when I show the test/calibrate window and press a button, it also doesn't do anything.

I went out and bought another joypad in case there was something wrong with the one I had, but it didn't work either.

I was just wondering if anyone here has successfully used joypads?

I am running the latest version of OS4 BTW.

@Hitman

If you are using AmigaOS 4.1 then you have the same problem as me. The both USB Joysticks I have are recognized and shown, but their input is not detected by any software utilizing AmigaInput. Copying the AmigaInput settings from AmigaOS 4.0 partially fixed this, but the AmigaOS 4.0 bugs of AmigaInput came back to me - only 1 joystick, and the need to run a program which opens but don't close AmigaInput Joystick.

@Hitman

I have trouble with developing with AmigaInput and os4.1. I have posted in the AmigaInput example thread at utilitybase.com and written a mail directly to Rogue but no answer anywhere to be found...

The AmigaInput example just prints "Failed to enumerate devices: no devices in device list".

If I run AmigaInput from Prefs I can find my joystick and the AmigaInput example I built with AOS 4.0 listed the devices in AOS 4.1.

With 4.0 (AmigaInput 51.11) I have used two joypads simultaneously, but it does require a trick just as drHirudo said. Ask Amidog, since the two worked with FPSE.
