@MickJT

About curl and Amiga paths, continuing from the other thread:

I know my fix was simplified but that is because we don't need to support UNIX paths. Why should we (when AMIGA_FILESYSTEM is defined)? I mean, having "/something/file.txt" is a valid AmigaDOS path too, it means to go to the parent dir and then into the directory something.

So we can't just leave it like this UNIX path if we are really looking for the Amiga path "something/file.txt" because then the app would look in the wrong dir (the parent).

Also, looking at how IBrowse does it: It does not allow file://work/file.txt with only two slashes. It needs three slashes (with or without localhost) and none of them are part of the path. As far as all my tests go the third slash is not the UNIX root, it just marks the end of the file: syntax AFAIS.

@kas1e

About "no header/ no data" i have this problem since don't remember when ... but it happen always on my @tin.it webmailer and sometimes on Facebook too.

Reaction OWB here are completely unusable with Facebook while MUI OWB it's a lot better but still some problems, for example sometimes showing photos (they doesn't load at all) and more often opening the hidden comments above the posts (throbbler will loop forever and then i have this no "header/no data" crap)

AFAIK Fab talk about cookie, so it could be somethings related to this, we will see

NetSurf 2.7 does not have any problem infact when i have such issue with (all) OWB i simply copy and paste the problematic address and it load all instantanely

(To be note: i use NetSurf less than any OWB so i didn't test this specific problem deeply)

Additional info maybe usefull:

My Sam is connected to a Windows XP PC via router, so the main connection are on PC
