Yep, gui/morphos/ , and there is all the classes, subclassses and stuff. There is also main gui.c file in which CreateGui() fucntion done , and so on. Imho for ra-owb should be done the same by logic : gui/amigaos4/ , with some main file (like gui.c), in which do that and that.

Dunno through how all that reaction stuff works, but i think it also can be grouped fine and put in right files to make reading/coding easy. Imho if not follow that way as well, and putting gui as mess in some code somethere, it will be very hard in end to read and fix the gui stuff.
