| I belive that Adam makes it and devivers HW.. but I cant imagine any one buying some Amiga hw and not knowing if it will run Linux x numbers of years unstill OS4 finish get released in some kind of form, maybe a really cut down one.

With the news a few days ago of new hardware coming from AInc/ACK,
I thought it was a brave thing to release such info, because if they mess-up this time then they lose any credibility they have left, which isn't much anyway.

| I think Adam wants to release hardware for us... but i think Amiga Inc can't do anything good. They can spend a lot of money in smokes, then sue Hyperion instead of paying more the ones who did something for Amiga. _________________

According to the court documents;
Your cartoon should show Hyperion scuppering the deal betwen Amiga Inc and ACube.
It's clear that Hyperion and the Freidens cynically manipulated their prospective customers in to hanging on - purely to mitigate a poor contract they signed. All the while they were stalling in the hope Amiga Inc would go under.
I hope Acube have not shot themselves in the foot with this! |
