Great video and great product. Good luck and sell hundreds of it
Unfortunately I don't like A500/A600/A1200 style case, it is not my cup of tea, I'm waiting for something like MacMini, small cube _________________ Sam440ep-flex 800MHz 1GB RAM R9250 128MB SB Live!

Nice video, even nicer case! I'm not in the market now, but you have done some really nice work with this project! Especially nice to read that an A-cube 460 can go in there.

Hmm. I always thought it looked a little thick, but 58mm isn't significantly different from the height of my USB keyboard here. That case is pretty neat. How strong is it, is it possible to put a screen resting on top?
Edit: If not, it doesn't really change the fact that it's a neat case. I tried moving the screen away from the keyboard here and noticed I had been using it WAY too close in any case
Edit2: thick, not think. Last edited by olegil on 29-Nov-2012 at 08:08 AM. Last edited by olegil on 29-Nov-2012 at 08:08 AM.

| Can you post the specs and/or some images here in non-youtube form?
In China Youtube is blocked and going around the Great Firewall (really, this is how it's called) requires using a VPN and even with that viewing any youtube movie is painful to say the least.
Thanks |

Yes, it took me ages to make it as slim as possible, I think it just beats the A500 in thickness (A500 = 60-62mm).
>>That case is pretty neat. How strong is it, is it possible to put a screen resting on top?
Thanks. Quite strong but I wouldn't put anything on it for the simple reason that it'd get scratched and you'd cover the air vents. _________________ www.loriano.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk |

I see I've got your full attention...
I've ordered the required LEDs (more than 100), amber, white, green, red or blue, if interested let me know which combination.
Thanks!

| Finally managed to see the video through a VPN!
My ideal setup would be: White - green & amber leds.
But, one doubt: what if I don't install a dvd? Is there a plate for the hole? |

Sorry for the late reply. I'm sorting a few things out, checking the price for the powder coating of the aluminium and other bits. Not long now. _________________ www.loriano.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk |

Hi, I am glad you managed to see the video in the end. White with green and amber LEDs is no problem. You'll get a slim DVD-RW installed already for that purpose...to cover the hole or to use it. I haven't had time to look at a cover for it. Maybe one day... _________________ www.loriano.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk |

That is really nice! Wow!
Is there any way 3.5 inch IDe drives would fit in this case instead of the 2.5 inch? It looks like there is a little room for them, but can't tell what the height clearance is inside from the video.
I hope you sell lots of these!
