For those who aren't aware:

ACube did a new Uboot for Sam460/AmigaOne 500

The new version called 2015.a (Uboot versioning) has the following features:

- new redesigned GUI with an 'amiga' style, enabled via Menu->Video Options->Console->Silent
- unified support for Sam460ex and Sam460cr boards
- support for USB EHCI, now booting from a SD card is very fast
- better support for USB devices
- removed 2 GB limit for USB sticks
- better compatibility with newer Radeon HD graphic cards
- introduced a new menu entry to change the x86 gfx BIOS emulator accuracy. If your graphic card
show some visual problems on startup, try increasing the x86 BIOS emulator accuracy
- new DDR2 boost settings: read, write, read + write (up to 5% speed increase on reads and up to
10% on writes)
- DDR2 boost setup done from a new menu entry
- added support for old Permedia2 graphic cards, for 'history' reasons
- added 'ping' command
- corrected a bug in the serial port GPIO configuration

Issues with Keyboard navigation in the boot menu and Settings Menu with the new Uboot.
Seems to register multiple key presses for a single one with a A-eon AmigaOne usb keyboard .
Dont have any other USB kebyboard models to try.

If you mean Uboot should be modified, note that you can also boot Aros and Linux. It should be doable with MOS too (I hope).

Did Acube add an option to select between PCI / PCIe gfx cards instead of having just the option to select beween onboard and PCI(e)-as-one-item ?
Because I have to constantly swap gfx cards (and I fear the slots won't survive that procedure for tooooo long) depending on the development task, apparently because uboot always selects the first device it finds.
I Asked them once to please add such an option.

There is a similar report from another user with an A-Eon AmigaOne keyboard, I may have already a fix for it, but need someone to test it since I don't have this keyboard model.
If possible, use another USB keyboard until the problem is fixed

Not yet, but will be added in a next update (free for user which already updated to 2015a)

I have tried to purchase but when it gets to PAYPAL to make payment when I hit 'continue' I just get a blank page and cannot make the purchase!

Has anyone else experienced this or is it just me?

I have sent ACube a message stating what's happening so hopefully they can resolve the situation.

Here I suffer from the same kind of symptons on my SAM460 and latest Uboot.
It only works (underUboot) the first key I press, then no keys responds/woks at all.
So I can't navigate through the new Uboot menu/options and enable/change any Uboot setting.

Waiting for such Uboot update

OMG, first OS mandatory drivers are being SOLD separately of the OS, and now FIRMWARE UPDATES are being sold separately by the H/W manufacturer. What's next, selling bug-ridden S/W and then sell bug fixes one-by-one for a extra fees?

I checked my version. 55
I used amidvd to burn version 55 iso.
I rebooted.
I pressed space to agree to flash uboot.
It erased the existing uboot and exited with failure error 1.
My sam460ex lite is now an expensive brick.

I think Acube will send a replacement rom.

Alternatively you can reflash bios with an eeprom programmer.

I also had this problem while testing but bought a cheap eeprom programmer to reflash the rom.
