Been looking for torrents of some of the older SF movies lately. "Day of the Triffids" is one I just found. "Target Earth" is another, only because is scared the crap out of me when I was a kid. Dumb movie, but hey, brings back old memories.

@sundown

Memories, shaded pictures of how it used to be.....
Could it all have been so simple then....

Picking only one is difficult, btw I'll try to pick as few names as I can:

- Forbidden Planet
- Chronicles of Riddick
- Star Wars trilogy (Episodes IV V VI)
- Matrix Trilogy

Has anyone read the "John Carter of Mars" series by Edgar Rice Burroughs? Loved that series & a movie was/is in the works movie. Its now bumped to 2012, so not sure if it'll ever make it out with one delay after another.

Haven't been to thrilled with some of the re-makes of older SF movies lately, but some of the films from the 50s might be good candidates.

Found "logans Run" in the bargain bin, one of my favorites.

Brazil
1984
Metropolis
Flash Gordon (ahem)
Le Voyage dans la Lune (1902 version)

Slightly loose interpretation of Sci-fi perhaps.
