Hello guys,
LookHere! 1.1 is available, it's a image viewer coded with Hollywood, it's available for AROS, OS3, OS4 and MorphOS.

Here you can download the version you need & read the changes from the previuos version.

Here are some screenies of the 1.0 version and an extended description of the program.

Have fun!

Allanon

Hi there! I really like this viewer, and I think it is amazing that you have made it using Hollywood :)

I have got a few suggestions on further development - may I send you an email ?

best regards
Torgeir :)

@Allanon

Unfortunately this crashes IcAros in VESA mode. Old version runs really well, so not sure where the problem is. I tried the Vesa + ATI version.

@clusteruk
Crashes when? At startup? Or when doing something else?
That's strange because here I've tried under the 27 Feb Nightly native and with IcAROS under vmware and it does not crash...

@Allanon

This crashes as it is building the main bar where the load pictures buttons are. It takes out Aros completely.

To be honest has this changed from the version I already have because I got it running on AmiKit and looks exactly the same as version I have running that is on IcAros.

Don't get me wrong I use it all the time, it is a nice program, only two changes I would like.

1: When loading thumbnails, allow me to escape because if I picked wrong drawer I can get bored waiting.
2. Show the folders and allow to select them or show all images in all sub folders if requested.

Apart from that it is a great little app.

Steve

@Templario

Do you plan to make EyeViewer full OS4.1 compatible?

@Allanon & Templario
Both good programs.

With 20/20 hindsight, this is an obvious (but very nice) app to do using Hollywood - since Hollywood is heavily image orientated.

I guess another app would be something sound/music related (perhaps a TuneNet competitor?), since (presumably) Hollywood supports that kind of thing quite well too...

ADPro was a Killer App back in the day. A modern version could be useful :^)

Just something to aim for, Keep up the good work.

@Templario

How about an AROS compile so that we could try it out?

@TiredofLife

No because my brother the main programmer has saw that AmiBlizt 2 and 3 doen't work in OS 4.x and neither create executables for PPC, but there is one possibility also to reprogramm the Eye Viewer in Hollywood but this will goes more slow.

@Manu

Difficult because AmiBlizt neither creates executables for AROS x86 or PPC. Sorry. You have wait the future version compiled in Hollywood (we cross the fingers).

@Allanon

You are welcome.

I believe more people will see it if it is in the news in the middle of the page. Well, at least for me it works this way.
