Fab just did it again and released a new ersion of Odyssey. V 1.24 is out now.

Changes:
Updated to WebKit r161078 (January 2014)
Updated to OpenSSL 1.0.1g (which improves the SSL test at howsmyssl.com)
Compiled with GCC 4.7.3, since WebKit now relies strongly on C++11 features
Fixed an issue with large file support in CURL (fixes mail.one settings validation, for instance)
Enabled WebP support again, it seems it had been disabled at some point
Enabled RequestAnimationFrame HTML5 feature
Added support for HTML5 "download" link attribute
Convert suggested download filenames to local charset
Adjusted Expect: 100 header handling (fixes easy-jet flight selection, for instance)
Fixed CSS animation support (i.e. morphos.net flying powerbook)

Great work, thanks for your continuing work and support for one of the most useful applications everyone needs on a daily basis.

Hopefully who ever is maintaining the port of Odyssey to AmigaOS4.x will be able to quickly complete a new version that includes your latest improvements, so both MorphOS users and AmigaOS4.x users can enjoy your work equally (or nearly equally).

Couldn't agree more! Odyssey 1.23 is a great browser on my AmigaOS 4.1 (I like it even better than most other browsers on other OS's), but 1.24 seems to be yet another improvement so that's welcomed by me. Please kas1, port it ASAP to AmigaOS 4.1! :)

But 1.23 is ported already, including the 3 fastfixes and an upcoming fastfix (which you can download on Amigans) which includes Ringhio support for download notifications.
Also, I'm not demanding, I'm just excited :D If I was demanding, I wouldn't have placed a smiley behind my plea.

Plus kas1e has said he won't port this version, he will wait some other versions on the MOS side to come out before porting it again... it's just too much effort to port every release...so I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a port of this version... and neither the next one or two.
