The U-Boot menu interface (not U-Boot itself) used on the A1s was made by Hyperion. Probably that's what he's commenting (haven't looked at all the screenshots yet). |

Yep - if you pop over to the page they are linked from, there is a subtitle that says it's in VESA mode._________________

Yes, the output on the Sam440 BIOS is using graphics mode. As a consequence, text output is slower. If you prefer I can make the next U-boot use graphical output on the A1 as well and you may get a fancy logo _________________
