The original MZ Bounty request was for the KHTML development. That's what I'm refering to. The Sputnic, iirc , was a 'spin off' of the tool. Wasn't it? Anyway, a CSS browser is the most coveted thing these days. I was supporter of this whether or not it was OS4 compatible. I'd spend a $50 bill for a OS4 Sputnic and contribute whatever.
