Sorry about scrolling your Chipbench-thread of the index-page.

-But votes don't seem to count in the same way posts do.

@iAMIGA

I tried entering Hollywood, and got one link that was not Amiga related. I was hoping that the airsoft softwair homepage would come up. How does iAMIGA work? Do you have to add URLs before the search engine will list them? If so, the list of URLs might need a little expanding. The A-Cube systems homepage, for example, should be close to the top of the search list for keywords such as Samantha/SAM.

@Hans

Try hitting the Power Up refinement
Airsoft's webpage still doesn't show up, but it could, very easily, they only need to have one URL with the word "amiga" in it.The page should pass right through the filters then.
-But i would like Hollywood to show up in the initial search too, so i'll add it to the very,very short list of exceptions.

DONE!! (ÜBERDONE)

There is a way to move results to the top, but it's just to much work, and that would only work on the indexed sites, so it 's very unfair..

Thomas

This poll is scrolling of the index-page , could you pin it on the margin (the great blue screen-estate), like the expired "How would you rate this site?" -poll, please?

@iAMIGA

How about you place a banner add for £35 instead of keep bumping the thread?

@Oli_hd

I just thought about that a couple hours ago, and it's to much to pay...

Another thing is Paypal, i'm developing some sort of allergy towards them!

iAMIGA is still ahead

@iAMIGA

Amigaworld is looking for sponsorship and banner ads.
Wouldn't that be a great idea for iAMIGA? Maximum exposure (see that empty banner at the top right?) and no need to bump threads like this.

@hatschi

Yes that's the ultimate solution, and i did think about it, but since it's £35 minimum i'm still just consittering it.

(EDIT) I just had a look at MSN's Cached page of AmigaWorld.net, and it has A LOT of outgoing links in the news section.
It's almost as bad today, too.
Everywhere i read i'm told that, that's the sort of "bookmark-page" that drops of the search engines.
