thx for the report! i hope that there will be videos available of the morphos conferences as well (pymui, fab's, muibase stuff and the mini stuff)! i hope that a professional event like this had a videocam and a guy who record the show:) anyway the event looks really impressive, with tons of ppl (in amiga terms:), tons of intresting stuff. too bad its french only:) ah and a request: mabye you or someone who speaks french could make an english subtitle for the os4 video (and the hopefully coming others:) as the picture is very bad (you can almost see nothing whats going on on the desktop except the games) and im sure that a lot of intresting info can be heard by the devs:) thx again!

| @$adddam I have the original Mini-DVD video filmed with my camescope numerci (by a friend Sharynn)
I can share it with who want but I have no place to ftp it ... (my web domain is only 500Mb ...) If you find a place to put the 1.3g bytes files from the original DVD ... I can FTP them and you can see the original video quality.

Quality will be the same since I converted it without any quality loss You tols me that Sharynn had to lower the quality in order for the video to fit on the mini DVD.
I know another person who filmed the screen during the presentation but I cannot remember who. _________________ PowerMac G5 2,7Ghz - 2GB - Radeon 9650 - MorphOS 3.14 AmigaONE X1000, 2GB, Sapphire Radeon HD 7700 FPGA Replay + DB 68060 at 85Mhz |

Sure, let's go to this page (prefer the FTP rather than the web based form to upload your file)_________________ AOS 4.1 : I dream it, Hyperion did it ! Now dreaming AOS 4.2... Thank you to all devs involved for this great job ! |

1.3 GB is really too much. Does the video still in DV format ? You must convert / compress it before sharing.

For Sputnik MOS Users have bounty money, but the source of it seem not can use.Maybe when this was opensource, then you and Itix can use some Part of sputnik GUI from it.so it save you time.

This is already done at some level. When Fab started his OWB porting project I gave my Netsurf GUI source code. There were not many useful parts, Netsurf and OWB are different beasts, but some parts were recycled. And in return I received bug fixes to Netsurf GUI code and chance to use new classes Fab wrote for OWB.

The video has already been compressed and avaialable on the net, the quality is the same (733MB) as the DV one and it is already on Amiga-NG
