@mbrantley

Thanks for the kind feedback!

It was my hope that some of the X1000 problems and solutions I found out about and documented on the blog could help other people too!

I am very glad to hear that my YouTube under MUI-OWB solution blog entry worked well for you too!

@KimmoK

Actually to be honest I didn't know about that wiki until you mentioned it now!

I had a quick look at it - it looks like the tutorials listed on the site are aimed at developers not end-user like myself.

My blog entries are documented in a style and level for end-users like myself - as I find and document solutions to problems and getting programs working well on the X1000.

I am not sure if my documentation style and approach works well with the wiki sites current developer focus in tutorials...

Have you tried playing video on the 9250 to how well they play with overlay?

We have one result for AmigaOne X1000 here, but it's for onboard and uses the mjpeg codec indicated in the thread.

@Rob

Not yet, but I will give it a go soon and let you know how it goes!

@all

I have updated my blog with two new entries.

The first is about using Edirol MIDI USB and MIDI keyboard to playback MIDI songs on the X1000, using the excellent CAMD tools, USBMidi drivers and HornyOS4 MIDI sequencer:

http://amigax1000.blogspot.com.au/2012/08/midi-using-edirol-usb-and-midi-keyboard.html

The second is about the recently released (today!) UADE and tuneNet plugin, which finally allows me to play my Amiga custom modules in TuneNet instead of Delitracker and using UADE on the command line (so happy about this new release!):

I hope you enjoy it.
