Before you mention that you paid for OS4, I will point out that AmiUpdate has been available as a free program before being added to OS4. In most cases I don't care, in some cases I think it' s overused, and in this case the name "AmiUpdate" is just fine.

All user(s) should respect all coder(s) its not easy to setup something up like this.

I for one don't like to many pre-fix ami,which can be confusing when viewing workbench with too many ami, but I do believe OS4.x is also about configuration,so if you don't like the name it may be possible for the user to change the name. Please correct me if im wrong.

I do also believe the normal update pack should also be available,but its not clear if this will still be available along with the new update system.

It may be a good idea if the new update system can check for damaged system files as this maybe some the cause of some users computer not working correctly.
