@Toaks

I don't think he is an artist by any stretch of the word. He is just a filthy, arrogant loser whose ego is even bigger than Billy McFries.

The only reason people like him make money is because of the depths current day society has sunk to.

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

While some does like his music alot, i personally dont.
This thread kinda looks like the discussions/fights i had with my metalhead friends when i dare playing Prodigy back in the 90s (i love metal btw, but some people are "purists/rabid").

Regarding Amiga mame popping up randomly, just drove past a warehouse in norway called Amiga Wardrobe

@Rob

I googled his name, so now I know who he is. I don't know how to pronounce his first name, but I couldn't muster the interest to continue my research, and so shall remain ignorant.

I envy you. How I wish I'd never heard his "borrowing" of fine songs like "21st Century Schizoid Man" off "In The Court of the Crimson King"....
I think the worst of it, though, is that he believes his own hype.

Interesting you should mention that — I was listening to the King Crimson Live in Japan concert on Youtube just a couple days ago. Fascinating music.

Oh, a (C)Rap "musician". In other words a talentless git. Probably not a good advert for the Amiga then.

Heck *everyone* makes more money than Amiga Inc !

Let's help these folks who missed the progressive movement:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progressive_rock

and a better link, imo:

http://www.progarchives.com/Progressive-rock.asp

Maybe we have enough fans for our own forum. heh.

@number6

you can call it a compliment. after all sampling nowadays earn the original artist additional royalties.

@jkirk

The problem is that the person doing the sampling gets the credit, not the actual writer. How many West listeners know it's King Crimson he's borrowing?

@number6
I'm a member of progarchives.com too... good forum. :)
