| Ah the Corsair...just like the Cherry G80 (I think) they have the space bar inserting points offset...so annoying. Try ebay for a white one or you could spray paint yours, it shouldn't be too difficult. Nice set up by the way.

I might paint it, but I'm going to hold off for a month and keep an eye for white space bar that size or get a proper Cherry keyboard as there are others keys that dont work as well, but really pleased I got them, they do look super good. Thanks again daddy. _________________ AmigaNG, YouTube, LeaveReality Studio |

I use a Rosewill RK9000 with brown MX keys. This is a inexpensive mechanical keyboard with great feel, and a thick steel plate that all the keys mount through.
But today it changed. Now the windows keys are gone and it has Amiga keys in their place.
It looks great, they match the other keys well. and well, it's AMIGA.
Thanks for taking a great idea and making it happen!

Hmm. Is that white chocolate and caramel? Looks eatable. I can see the keys oozing as I type. |

Thank you for letting me, I'm glad it has transformed your keyboard. Brown MX switches...good choice.
Thank you everyone for being so patient...thousands of key caps to sort out are a bit too much for one person but we are nearly covered all the orders now.
Have fun!

Very interesting model, just like what I have been looking for my recently arrived Amiga caps... But it seems that there is no european (105 keys) version of it. All I found from net were with 104 keys.
Cooler Master Storm Quick Fire XT looks very much like it (the USB connectors are different, though), and there is also an european version of it. Has anyone checked whether the caps lock and spacebar of XT are 'compatible' with Loriano's caps?

I can not answer about european styles, as I am an ignorant American. :)
I have the earlier model of Rosewill, which had some trouble with the USB socket breaking loose.. LOTS of problems there, including my own. I fixed it myself, I am lucky to be able to do that. Since then they released a later model with two changes: A stronger USB socket, and they now "print" the Rosewill name in a much lighter, less noticeable ink color. (like black-on-black).
I was surprised how much of a difference the steel plate makes. The keyboard is heavy. It's not going to move around the desk while you type. But even better, there is no "flex" if you hit the keys too hard. All the keys are mounted to the steel plate. So this feels a LOT more solid, and it's not going to get bad solder joints as the years go on.
Simple, cheap, and rock solid. It's amazing how much a decent keyboard changes the experience.
But I'm not here to advertise. Just passing along my own experiences.

It occurred to me... What happened to the 'extra' cap remover you promised to all participants if the Kickstater project would reach a certain sum...? Did you forget that, or didn't you get them at all? (sorry that I reminded! ;) This is not a big deal, though, as most Keyboards come with such tool.
--- Speaking of spacebars, I noticed that the fixing system in Cooler Master is different from that of of Ducky (fortunately I checked this from CM before buying one!). Is there actually any other Keyboard brand where the spacbar fixing is identical to Ducky? How about Das Keyboard and Qpad...?

Hello, If the tool is not in the box it should be under the keyboard failing that it's quite possible I have forgotten..having to check all those keys is not an easy task. If it's missing let me know and I'll send you one. Regarding the space bar always check first before buying your mechanical keyboard. Some, although switch compatible, have the bar and the caps lock key connectors offset. _________________ www.loriano.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk |

| Almost all the pledges should have been dispatched by now.
Just a few left.
One pledge (for Goldtooth) has failed the delivery (not known at the address).
Please get in touch with your new address.
Thank you!
