Hi just wanted to say the indivision is a good product. I did have a few issues setting it up. But got some great help from users in here. Ghosting was big issue but easily resolved by selecting vga instead of vga-dvi. Fitting was easy earth cable could do with being a few CM longer as it does not reach the front mounting fixing in A1200 case. Instructions need a complete overhaul as they are very poor. So good hardware let down by poor user manual / instructions.

Highgfx mode 1024 x 768 works great with 030. Chip ram does seem to get a hammering though. I have set my colours to 64 only. Have also not used a background.

@g01df1sh

Just wish I could get games full screen. I have currently got prefs for Pal mode set at 800 x 600 VGA. This results in big black boarders. If I choose 640 x 480 VGA its full screen but in games like projectx the weapons bar and score will be off the screen. Apart from this I happy with it. Workbench is much nicer to use in 1024 x 768 than standard Pal mode.

You could try if your monitor accepts 640x512 resolution. My monitor does and it's pretty nice when monitor's native resolution is 1280x1024 (exactly double for 640x512), so scaling goes well too. It good for most of the games, but then some rare ones which use overscan won't still fit... so if you're using overscan a lot, then 800x600 might be the safest bet, but 640x512 is good for generic gaming use.

@jPV

Do I need to make that mode in indivision config as I don't have 640 x 512 only 640 x 480 ?

Yeah, you have to make a new mode with the VGA modes editor in Indivision Prefs. I think I just made it by making a copy of 640x480 and then adjusting it to x512.
