@AlicePPC

After a version for proper hardware is released in its final form, which means after hardware becomes available for sale.

Hehe.

Well, jokes aside, I think OS4 has been developed on (some developers at least) and betatested on PowerUP boards pretty much since day 1? Or am I wrong?

Going to edit OT now!

Done!

As usual the Ajudication process described in the TOS is open.

Do not comment on moderation in a public thread!

Thank you

People, if you have nothing to _contribute_ to the thread, after a cleanup has already occured especially, please try to refrain.

I've used OS4 on an A1, and a BPPC, and there is no difference other than the slower CPU and the support of AGA.

SNIP!
As you well know, I am a very well known MorphOS user and supporter. So, don't go on teling me of all people about not listening to alternative opinions and stuff.

Now... Check the title of this thread:
Quote:
When os4 for csppc?

Do you see MorphOS in the title? No.

Right. This is a thread asking a simple question about AmigaOS4's availability for classics, please do not go off topic.

Moreover, you are not allowed to discuss moderation in public, there is a formal process to take up if you disagree with a moderator's action:

Quote:
Moderation: A moderators say is final. When a moderation decision is made the moderator will document why either in private message or at the place where moderation occurred. This in most cases will be accompanied by reference to which Terms Of Service have been broken. Moderators are allowed to use their discretion in interpretation of the Terms Of Service and operate outside of the Terms Of Service where they see a need to intervene. Where you disagree, or feel unfairness is an issue, see Ajudication.

Ajudication: Whilst AmigaWorld.net moderation tries to be fair and balanced sometimes errors can occur. If you disagree with a specific instance where you have been moderated then please put your complaint to the Webmaster, an Administrator or another moderator for consideration and possible action. Arguments about specific moderation incidents are not tolerated on the public forum, use the adjudication process open to you.

@SKOLMAN_MWS
Ok, let's now make it an official warning, shall we?

The thread was cleaned of OT before it became a flamefest by Tomazkid.
You chose to ignore the requests to stay on topic, with a comment laughing at the situation, and some advertising.

Now, after Tomazkid already stated, as do the TOS, to not drag moderation issues into a thread, you're back making BS claims against some other site.

Care to continue? If you have a problem with moderation, PM Staff, please. Another OT post by you in this thread, or if you truly feel the urge to 'test' site moderation, will result in a posting restriction. I truly never throught it was so difficult to simply remain on topic, and show some respect for others.

@wegster

Is someone from Hyperion even still monitoring AW?
I haven't read any post from them for some time...

Does anybody know the status of SCSI-support for BPPC/CSPPC (Symbios710/770) in OS4 beta?
I vaguely remember that Rogue mentioned that as "still being a problem" (or something to that effect) 1/2-1 year ago...

@BrandonLee
Both have logged in recently, one of them yesterday. I expect they're hard at work for a release of some sort, and more interested in that than spending forum time or dealing with some of the usual BS. Hopefully they'll be around more once there is something to announce or release. In the meantime, it's not like there's a ton to discuss that hasn't already been done by now..
