| How many people have got a SAM (the little one, 17x17cm)?
How many people would be interested in a custom case with space for your SAM board, one 2.5 or 3.5 inches SATA hard drive, one DVD-RW?
I have got everything ready (well I am missing one tiny detail, the SAM itself but that is no problem) to make a prototype, but I would really like some numbers to work on.
Please let me know, post your name or alias and the number of SAMs you own.

hmm..this is cool...The sam dimension have uA1c... any chane to housing this board in this case??? _________________

This is new to me, interesting...
what about the position of the rear ports? Are they in the same place? I might have to think about this...shame you can't get a uA1c anymore, it would be useful for testing...

I seem to remember there was a poll about Sam cases some time ago and the idea of a small case didn't appeal to many.
Well, I'm definitely interested. I want a box that's no bigger than a cable modem, stands up on the desk and has a vertical CD slot.
Ideally, I'd like (for the Sam only, mind):
* Stand-up case like a cable modem;
* External 24 VDC PSU (so I can use it in the campervan);
* 2.5" HDD;
* Laptop-style CDRW/DVD-R drive;
* Front USB port.
I was going to use a plastic Jiffy box, but I'd rather support someone who designs and build for our market.

I know this doesn't help much, but honestly, I'm waiting to see your case and the AmigaKit complete system (supposedly available this month) before making a final decision between the two.
