Anyone know what time on Sunday the Python Programming Seminar will be?

I think I'll be going to my first AmiWest this year as it's about a 2 hour drive from my house and I would like to make sure I don't miss this seminar. I email someone I found on the AmiWest webpage but haven't received an answer yet so I thought I'd ask here.

Just received a reply. 10:00am on Sunday.

Who is the surprise exhibitor? Inquiring minds wish to know :) At least give us a hint! :)

Well the Biggest Surprise exhibitor would have to be Amiga Inc

I asked, but nobody seems to know. I emailed Brian to get a schedule posted for the demos. ssolie thought it would be in the morning before the show opened at 10am. Just hope Brian responds with a schedule.

It would not be a surprise if he told you, would it. Everyone will just have to come to the show to find out.

I hope it won't be like Amiga Inc's surprise a few years ago, where they muted the web audio feed so that you had to actually be there to know what it was.

I have a sneaking suspicion that Amiga Inc. won't be in attendance this year...

Well here's to hoping some thing interesting might be happeing to pull me away from my '69 car project. Otherwise you'll find me doing some thing more interesting this weekend, like removing rust.

Any ideas who is giving the talk about Aros. Wish I had the spare cash to come over.

Just a quick statement for those who wish to follow the show around the world:

Friday evening (today) is mostly a day for setup.
However, if any other news is released today, I'll try to post it here as received. Same goes for the broadcast information.

Time example:

Sacramento is GMT-8, so a seminar listed at 10:00 a.m. Saturday would be 6:00 p.m. U.K. time.

Page regarding broadcast info is available now:
http://linux.tc3net.com/~tekmage/ugn

Be aware that since Friday is mostly an arrival and setup day and things are often quite hectic at Amiwest, there may be adjustments in scheduling, which we will try to keep updated in this thread.

ssolie is a developer from Canada. I don't know of any Hyperion management that is coming to any Amiga conventions.

You had me fooled into thinking you were here. (At the hotel)
I was franticly trying to find you about 6:30pm to see if you had eaten yet.
The hotel told me I was the only one here for Amiwest at the time.
So me and the wife went out for Italian food and some good wine.
