Curious about LaTeX, and I found this thread from 2007...

Old LaTeX thread

Alas, the links are mostly dead and discussion petered out. There is this screenshot...

I am intrigued. Anybody use this? Any more work happened?

@mbrantley

I think that's the most recent we have. I have used it successfully, but recently when I needed it again it could not generate fonts. Seemed some scripts cannot generate/extract paths correctly. I made some changes and got a bit further, but since I don't understand exactly what it really wants, and 'sed' is very awkward, it gave up, and used Linux at work instead...

Our little OS has come a long way since 4.0. Probably needs an update. That's a lot of time in code, the guy has talent and have not seen him here in a long time. Wonder if he's still around?

@mbrantley

I recall I needed it some years back for some club files in LaTeX format. From the looks of things I ended up compiling some latex2rtf program so I could convert the files into something my Amiga could understand.

The old Cygnix also has some kind of Latex files.
