Why should A-Eon bail out Hyperion, when they would be better served to purchase the company and rights to develop AmigaOS4.x themselves?

A-Eon may cooperate with Hyperion out of necessity, but I doubt they feel any responsibility or need to save them, but I am pretty sure that Ben Hermans is not going to let go of his control of AmigaOS4.x, so he will resolve the bankruptcy proceedings himself and pay the minimum of creditors to keep it limping along.

Are they really bankrupt? I haven't kept up with the news. Maybe some of you sleuths can fill me in.

Why should A-Eon bail out Hyperion? Maybe they can merge. If you do someone a favor, you can get something in return or ask for something in return. The question is, "Why shouldn't A-Eon bail out Hyperion if they find it in their best interests to do so?" Sometimes you have to stick together in order to survive.

I invested in shares and made some good food. The neighbours dog is quiet.
