that depends of what Mr. Dehandschutter has reported to court and if other creditors have contacted him |

You might learn something from reading about Belgian Law and the "opposition" process:
Here
Just search page for "opposition".

| Was it not just a mistake?
Was once in "Jail" for one. These rumours really can not be without truth? I hate this Amigastyle silence.

Well done. Nice to have a clean thread with an update.

Unfortunately, it is enforced by the court. Technically Hyperion is not in control, the court-appointed lawyer is and he is not required to make comments to anyone but the court.
Hyperion is not permitted to make any public comment until their status as controllers of the company is restored. They have said all they can while remaining within the law.
Hopefully it will be over in a few weeks.

| Lets hope they are not able to wiggle out of this bankruptcy and they finally kill the wounded beast. The whole OS4 thing is so dull and unimaginative, be nice to get some more traction on classic (real) Amigas once more! _________________ Amiga A1200, 3.1 ROMs, Blizzard 1230 MKIV 64MB & FPU, 4GB DoM SSD, Workbench 3.1 |

It's my understanding that AmigaKit relies on profit from AmigaOne and Classic Amiga software and hardware to stay afloat. I don't think they'd survive if AmigaOS development stopped! You're deluded if you think the AmigaOS users and developers will simply reinvest money and time into Classic hardware/software if Hyperion are down and stay down _________________ "Art challenges technology. The mark up on the X1000 must be worth their time. I got my Classic repaired in 2013 and saw all the X1000s on test beds and workbenches everywhere! That was a lot of blood, toil and organisation to keep those X1000s going out the door. They would have taken a slice off the top to make it all worthwhile! _________________ "Art challenges technology. Technology inspires the art." John Lasseter, Co-Founder of Pixar Animation Studios |
