| Hi All
I have quite a bit of old, untested - not sure if it works or not - hardware I want to sell.
Couple of A1200 towers, accelerators, gfx cards, all manner of zorro boards, couple of A4000 m/boards, floppy drives etc.
I don't really have a system to test it all, would be breaking it all up and selling individually be best?
Ebay or amibay?
Thanks for any thoughts... Must stop being sentimental...

Ebay = more money AmiBay = hands of Amiga users (not guaranteed of course)
Selling individually = more money The more rare items should be tested to get most money.
Don´t forget do keep some Amiga gear, you will miss it in few years. |

Also, what conditions would satisfy "working" if I can get stuff tested? Early boot up screen? Sysinfo or similar report?
Can get one A4000 to boot to early start up...
Thanks

Early screenshots are good and for accelerator and RAM cards then sysinfo etec are could to show the hardware.
Open the A4000 right now to check the condition of the battery, unless you replaced it for a coin cell type already.
I'd say Amibay of Ebay because Amibay don't charge you fees and to be honest, stuff I sold at auction on Ebay changed hands for more money on Amibay anyway. You have to set a price on Amibay but you can research what prices your hardware typically changes hands for. |
