Odyssey is too slow to play videos full screen, you can get close by making the window bigger than the screen and a bit of dragging but the bigger the video on screen the slower it plays. Until we get hardware decoding you might as well forget about fullscreen video in Odyssey.
You might be able to set up mplayer or emotion as an external player via mimetypes though (I've never tried).
Doesn't overlay fullscreen mode work with Odyssey on OS4? On MorphOS it's much lighter than standard embedded video playback. For example with my PowerBook CPU usage of YouTube video playback drops from 100% to 30% when changing to the fullscreen mode. So, I always watch YT videos in the fullscreen mode and get very smooth playback.
