Hi

Good news I have got my Monitor to do 320 x 240 8Bit 256.

Setings for p96

Clock 12.75
Frame size H=400 V=250
Board = 0 0
Postion 40 5
Sync Size 16 1
Syncpol yes yes
Frequency H=32Khz V=61Khz

Thanks. I wish we had a tool for this. There is no 68K tool to create screen mode settings? And I mean an easy one, read from monitor, or pick frequencies from list and generate. Done.

In the mean time can you get it to do 320x256? None of this PC resolution crap.

Setings for p96

Frame size H=448 V=335
Board = 0 0
Postion 16 20
Sync Size 64 8
Syncpol yes yes
Frequency H=32Khz V=47Khz

I do have quite a large black board but i did have a bit of a board with 320 x 240 its better than nothing.

Glad you got it sorted.
My rtg system is in pieces at the moment so I wasnt able to get back to you with more info in the other thread. Sorry about that.
In regards to the black bands, did you try editting the screenmode once you got an image? Shift+left/right/up/down, and the arrow keys by themselves are the most important keys there if I recall (still going by memory).

Seeing as your monitor does 320x2xx you should also have luck creating modes to match all custom chipset modes, which comes in handy at times in my experience.
