I am very sad to read this news. RIP Coder.

Does anyone know if they caught the person responsible for hitting him?

Dear all Amiga friends from Patrick (aka. Coder),

I am Jinnie, Coder's wife. I just wanted to say thank you for this tribute for him. Tomorrow is gonna be 3 weeks since he's gone. Time flies but everyday I still feel numb, like I am stuck in a nightmare or something and soon I would wake up and find out that it was just a dream... I wish it was a dream...

The tragic happened on the night of 27 August. He went out jogging as usual and just not long after he left home, I heard siren from ambulance. Here we heard siren all the time so I didn't think much of it until about an hour later when the police came to my front door and told me the worst news I ever had in my entire life... He got hit by a car and immediately passed away... It was a real shock and it happened only a few hundred meters from our home. My pain is indescribable. But I think you know what I mean.

Though I am so heart-brokenly sad but It's also so nice to see that he's not forgotten and he's missed by a lot of people. Thank you again.

I left all his stuff (computer and stuff) the way he left it in his own room. All his beloved Amiga stuff.... He told me he was programming something... He had a lot of projects in his mind.. Everyday he shared his ideas with me what he was planning to do, which most of them I didn't understand at all. But he loved to share so I listened... It's so sad that he's gone before he could finish them

He loved blogging and he loved his blog so so much too. Some of you asked about backing up his blog.. Please let me know how I can do that. Please help me. I don't want his work to get disappeared just like that. And also all his programming source. I am not really a computer person. But I will do my best to keep all his works.

We have been happily 9 years married and long time ago even before we got married I followed him to his amigaworld (amiga.org) too just to check out how his world was like. I talked to some of you too and also posted sometimes but I don't remember much about it now. He was a big part of my life and now he's gone. So the part of me is gone too.

I miss him terribly.....

Jinnie
