Dan Ritchie has released two graphics programs originating from the early 90s as PD. These haven't been widely distributed yet. Prochart is a professional drag-and-drop graphics application and ImageMaker is a simple image editor.

Hmmn, Prochart sure looks good especially when you consider how old it is.

It seems Dan is a really talented guy, I looked at his main site, wow he seems to be able to do everything - program complex art apps, model lightwave stuff good enough for TV and movies, and write a novel!

http://www.squirreldome.com/ - Check out Project Dogwaffle.

Nice!

Really - I mean it. Its Dpaint and more for 2003. It reminds me a little of painter. The anim tools are nice, the natural painting... I would love a port to AmigaOS 4.

That's funny, my brother showed me Dogwaffle last year, and I liked what it could do. I was going to download it but forgot about it. Version 1.6 is only a demo (unless you purchase the full thing), but version 1.11 can still be downloaded for free here:

At the price of $45 US dollars, that's a nice package.
