I think we still need this mail group.

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AteoUsers

This group started for share knowledge about AteoBus and components. AteoBus hardware problems and troubleshotting, Setup problems and fixing helps , Database of chips their cross referencess , and compatible ISA cards list.

I hope this mail group will help all AteoBus users.

I'm sorry but the best advise I could give to these Amigans is to upgrade... (i.e. buy new hardware)

Sure nothing wrong. I hope the µA1 will be cheap enough for all old time Amigans to upgrade to a full PPC solution.

AteoBus and Pixel 64 gifted from my friend Tabu ( HwManiac I remember at AW.net ) and he gave me on of his spare 1260 / 66 but will be send him I will upgrade my 040/40 to 050/75 He will fix this operation for me.

And Adaptes AV1505 SCSI kontroller coming from somebody else as a gift too.

This is to much cheaper. And I still use my Amigas for Tv logos. I rent sömetimes my 2000 to Tv studios for mix cameras without record to HD.
I need Genlockable Amiga s.

@Elwood

We hae a fully working A4000D which is very soon to be upgraded with a Mediator 4000Di. We have an AmigaOne. I have placed an order for a MicroA1 (for when the final the revision comes out), with the possibility of a further one unit. Nothing wrong with mucking around with the old hardware and upgrading with the new as well. It's the old hardware that allows us to become interested in the new . Weel done turkamigman!

(I'm sorry for the on-topic posting guys).

Jen Schönfeld seems to be willing to adapt the ISAcatweasel.device to the AteoBus. This would allow Ateo-Users to use the ISA version of the catweasel with their bus board.

The ISA catweasel costs only 39,90 EUR and is as powerful as the more recent versions, as long as you just need a versatile floppy disk controller (it doesn't have the additional gimmicks like a SID socket or joystick ports).
