   posted by dietmar on 6-Feb-2007 16:54:36 (3008 reads)
Users who have purchased the "C/C++ Learning Edition" of the Cubic IDE development environment can, for a limited time, replace it with the full Cubic IDE package at a reduced price. The replacement - which includes a new CD - costs 19,90 EUR and will be available throughout February only.

This offer is restricted to current owners of the LE edition, purchase completed before 1/Feb 2007.

Thank Dietmar for your continious support for our platform, and also your frequent attractive offers.
BTW did some of your OS4 testers reported you issues with OS4 Final and latest CubicIDE release (sp7 IIRC, I'm not at home right now so not surethe number) ?

I was just looking at the site and I saw this under systems requirements:

Quote:
Cubic IDE was tested to be compatible with AmigaOS 3.9 and MorphOS 1.4. The minimum required version is AmigaOS 3.5. Deployment under AmigaOS 4 is not covered by warranty (AmigaOS 4 is not an approved OS for Cubic IDE).

Is this accurate? I bought GoldED AIX a while back for development under OS4.

@BobW
Yes, regrettably that's accurate. I do not have an A1/OS4 available for testing and have never seen Cubic run under OS4.

@abalaban: No "final" issues reported yet, fingers crossed (in form of bug reports that meet my requirements and are investigated).

The latter can be solved, I would show you Cubic running on a µA1 with OS4 final and latest OS4 SDK

Well, but I know what you really mean...

If it would help, I can do "official" beta testing until affordable Hardware is available.

@whose and cHaOs667:

IIRC Dietmar already has some OS4 testers, even I think there are some OS4 beta-testers...
On the other hand if you find something reproduceable, you can contact him by email, he has always been very keen, helpfull and responsive with me
