As i say on os4depot, and here on some topic, game are high quality. For every new level - new music track. For all the "Action" - correct sounds.

If you plays in "FlyShark" back in the times, or in "Turrican / ProjectX / Wendetta" - that is for you :)

Thanks for a good port. This game has "that" play feeling and looks good and sounds ok. So its not just test once and delete. Quality :)

@marko
Just a little constructive criticism, bearing in mind that I never actually liked 1941 !

* When you move menu selection to next item, the old item(s) continue to wobble for too long. Either reduce the "wobble time", or highlight the selected item.

* Seems quite hard, even on "easy". I only survived the first whole level on my first try, because of the power-ups that circle around you (protecting you from bullets/enemies). Any chance of a "super easy" option where you start with faster movement?

* Another reason for being hard was that your ship seems to move too slowly to keep-up with the enemies fast sideways movements - especially the end-of-level boss (it got quite boring dodging his bullets while trying to land a few on him, and eventually I got impatient, went in close, and ended-up dying quite a few times). My "super easy" suggestion would help here too.

* Scrolling of the background & enemies did not seem completely smooth. Dunno if this is down to my 667MHz Sam, but I would have thought it could be smoother?

But otherwise seemed very nice, well polished, good music, etc.

@ChrisH

I'm not the author of the game, only the messenger aka poster of the news

The game is made/ported by HunoPPC (that's not me)

@HunoPPC
Please , if you will make game "more easy" (as some users already ask about), please, make the "hard" level happenes too. Maybe it's a keys to add to menu somethink like:
easy,middle,hard,very hard levels. Becouse for me, even now it looks very easy, but if it will be more easy than now, then it will loose "interest" of action :(

Thank you very much
This game is not finish
I have fix a key bug and changed a fire Button Space to Lctrl
I think adding a prefs for key, new effects bullets on boss's and big destructive bombs
For memory requirement: 512 is recommanded, all sprites and effects are loading in memory for speed up the game
This game is optimised for the low machine, this is a hard work for create a new sprites and new Core (weapons , enemy, audio, collisions, animations etc..)
This game is not perfect, and the source code is planified on Svn for all evolution with you amigans and for all ports
Big thanks for your support and playing with my game for your pleasure
Bye

But your ports are fantastic because with many sprites, effects, sounds effects, etc. and on my Sam with 533 MHZ all run fast, when other games in my 533HZ go to jumps.
Continue with your porst, I'll like desing some graphics but now also I have this problem and I'm draw the sprites and graphics for one proyect mine, this is the current problem in Amiga, that we have few graphic artists and musicians.
