40 GBP.
The sponsor/advertiser warrants that the sponsor/advertiser owns the copyright
of any materials provided to Amigaworld.net in relation to the sponsorship/advertisement
and will indemnify Amigaworld.net against any claim arising from the publication
thereof. The sponsor/advertiser also grants Amigaworld.net the license to reproduce,
display and transmit the material in electronic form on the web site and to
use screen shots of the sponsorship/advertisement to market and advertise itself.
All sponsorships/advertisements are subject to Amigaworld.net's approval. Amigaworld.net
reserves the right to reject, without explanation, any sponsorship/advertisement,
at any time, for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to, belief
by Amigaworld.net that any sponsorship/advertisement thereof may subject Amigaworld.net
to criminal or civil liability).
Any renewal of the sponsorship/advertisement contract will be at Amigaworld.net's
sole discretion. The rates applicable to such renewal period are subject to
change by Amigaworld.net from time to time in its absolute discretion.
