About BlackBOX 1200:
BlackBOX 1200 is a modern, functional and spacious tower case. BlackBOX 1200 offers comfortable use of the PCI cards installed in the computer. The powerful 350W ATX PSU is prepared for massive expandability of your computer hardware.
BlackBOX 1200 is prepared for installation of the Mediator PCI 1200TX, Mediator PCI 1200SX, Mediator PCI 1200LT4, Mediator PCI 1200, Mediator PCI 1200LT2 and G-REX 1200 busboards.
All BlackBOX 1200 towers are equipped with black ATX power supply suitable for the most expanded Amiga 1200 systems. This new PSU is compatible with ATX 1.3 standard (with over twice bigger load of +5V rail than +3.3V one). It has four Molex plugs for EIDE devices and one plug for the floppy disk drive. Additional two FDD type plugs (for additional FDD or PATA-to-CF adapters) are enclosed in the BlackBOX accessories box.
Each BlackBOX 1200 is equipped with PC-KEY 1200 keyboard adapter supporting A2000, A3000, A4000 and PC PS/2 keyboards. PS/2 - DIN adapter is enclosed.
Tower LEDs system is configured to be controlled by the A1200 LED output.
Front panel black floppy drive fascia is compatible with all drives factory installed in the A1200 computers.
BlackBOX 1200 is equipped with fans system (with two selectable fan speeds), which takes care of cooling the A1200 turbo card and hard drives.

Airsoft Softwair, the hardest working elves in Christmas business, are proud to present a brand-new plugin for Hollywood: xad.hwp! This plugin allows Hollywood scripts to conveniently open and browse archives through xadmaster.library. It uses Hollywood 6.0's new file and directory adapter plugin interfaces which allow you to iterate through XAD archives as if they were normal directories. Files within XAD archives can also be accessed as if the XAD archive was a normal directory. It just doesn't get any easier! With xad.hwp it is not necessary to unpack a file stored in a XAD archive to a temporary file before it can be opened. Hollywood 6.0's file adapter plugin interface allows direct streaming from the XAD archive into the respective file handler without any temporary file overhead. This makes it even possible to stream music or video directly from a XAD file!
Airsoft Softwair wouldn't be Airsoft Softwair without some extra goodies, though: The XAD plugin is not only available for Amiga platforms but also for all other platforms supported by Hollywood. This is possible because the original xadmaster.library was open-sourced a few years ago which made it possible to port it to other platforms as well. Thus, on AmigaOS and compatibles, xad.hwp will use xadmaster.library directly whereas on all other systems like Windows, MacOS, Linux, and Android xad.hwp contains the open-source version of xadmaster.library in its binary. This makes it possible to unpack lots of archive formats like ZIP, LhA, LZX, CAB, bzip2, TAR, and RAR on Windows, MacOS, and Linux as well!

Amiga North Thames Christmas Retro & Pizza event!
The only time of the year where we throw caution to the wind and bring along our other toys and eat Pizza.
Our Christmas meeting will comprise of Amiga's, Commodore 64's, Maybe a Vic-20 or two and will feature some multiplayer games such as Skidmarks, Stunt Car racer, probably some Sensi golf and any other stuff we can't think of right now!
Plus some great blasts from the great days of 8-Bit Commodore retro, including vintage commodore 64 and Vic-20 games.
Everyone welcome, but please bear in mind that you must bring enough cash for Pizza and If you have a Commodore computer you want to bring along, so much the better!
