Amiga Developer Team at Amiwest Dev Con 2018
We are pleased to confirm that there will be two Amiga Developer Team members presenting at the Amiwest Developer Conference on 11-12 October.
Our newest developer, Mark Ritter is best known for the excellent Workbench Explorer. Since joining our development team, he has been working on new gadgets and classes for the next major update of the Enhancer Software. He will present the new InfoData Gadget Class at the forthcoming Amiwest Dev Con and give an overview on how developers can use this useful gadget class.
Hans De Ruiter should need no introduction. He develops major parts of the Enhancer Software including the Radeon drivers and Warp3D Nova. He is embarking on new projects for the next major release. He will be presenting his A1222 based portable project.
We hope to see you there and answer your questions about the Enhancer Software and receive feedback.

New v2.9114.523 distributed.net clients for AmigaOS |
| Software News posted by Futaura on 14-Sep-2018 11:28:36 (1591 reads) |
For those still running the distributed.net client(s), I figured it was overdue for me to announce that I built new updated v2.9114.523 clients for AmigaOS 3.x and 4.x which are now available at:
http://www.distributed.net/Download_prerelease
As some of you may know, my A1200 system is in a bit of a mess currently due to a faulty motherboard, so I am still unable to update the WarpOS and PowerUp clients, but this time I did manage to rebuild the 68k client in UAE on my AmigaOne. First update to the 68k client for over 7 years!

Amiga Future Webpage turns 19 years + trial subscription |
| News posted by AndreasM on 9-Sep-2018 9:53:04 (1125 reads) |
Today the webpage of the "Amiga Future" turns 19 years old.
This is not a round birthday and since the fifteenth year of the Amiga Future Webpage there has not changed so much earth-shattering ...
Except, of course, the webpage is getting bigger and bigger and the number of visitors keeps reaching new records. :)
Incidentally, this year's Amiga Future Print magazine was a whopping 20 years old. :)
Four years ago we published a small article about the Amiga Future webpage. We would like to recommend this to you again:
German: https://www.amigafuture.de/kb.php?mode=article&k=4621 English: https://www.amigafuture.de/kb.php?mode=article&k=4622
At the same time we offer a trial subscription of the "Amiga Future" at a special price. This was always desired by readers. Hopefully, many people use it now.
The trial subscription is available from now to the 19. September.
