Why Can't I Log In?
In short, (because you are an idiot!) there is no easy answer for this. Under the new system, when you register, you are sent an authentication URL. If you used a bogus e-mail address, mis-typed it when you set up your account, or never received the e-mail, contact staff@amigaworld.net and I will be happy to delete the account you created and let you try again.

If you're using aWeb then turning off "Suppress referrer" might help in certain instances. (See further down)

Why do I get garbage when printing the forums?
Normally, most sections of the site have a "printable page" option. Unfortunately the forums do not (yet). Our suggestion would be to select (with the mouse) any text you want to print, then choose "print selection" when you click print. Normally it defaults to either "Print all" or "print page".

Why doesn't AWeb work?
Along with making sure that you are accepting cookies, you need to also allow your browser to maintain the session on the web site. To enable this, go to the Settings menu and select Network settings. From here, click on the Privacy tab (#5) and make sure "Suppress Referer while browsing" is left unchecked and you are not using RFC2109 cookies. This should allow you access to logging into Amigaworld.net with AWeb. If this still does not work, check to make sure your ISP does not require a specific proxy setting or if your firewall suppresses the referer.
