Didn't the Hare interview also state that Amiga, Inc. passed due diligence? That's hard to do if they're nothing but a bunch of crooks and liars as some here (to whom you have responded) are trying to imply. Due diligence involves exposing the true condition of your company to the light of day (at least for the company or individual putting you through it). My employer was looking into buying out a competitor, but that competitor failed due diligence resoundingly, so my employer backed out of the deal. If I am remembering correctly, in the interview, Mr. Hare stated that Amiga, Inc. passed due diligence. If Amiga, Inc. were a shell game, it would have been exposed in that process. _________________ Life without the LORD is like a soap bubble without the soap. Without Him, you are nothing. |
