Just booted on SAM will release some screenshots on my site... be patient... coming soon

remember to unplug KVM, use mouse on lower port and KB on upper port of SAM, in UBoot choose DVD as bootdevice... otherwise I also get a black screen...

regards gerograph

O.k. here there are, made dropshadow in GuiPrefs a bit darker and sharper... I think does look best on lighter background.

http://www.geobiz.de/screenshots/wb4.png
http://www.geobiz.de/screenshots/wb5.png

If I put up new ones, e.g. after install, I'll just number them, so next one will be wb5.png.... BUT

1) not tonight anymore
2) Moderators feel free to download and but in your ImageGallery... but I think they are just quick and dirty, and can be replaced in the near future by proper ones...

greetings gerograph

@gerograph

Serious request. Is it possible you double click the drawer of the Mac and post a screenshot of what is inside that drawer and post a screenshot executing what ever executable in that folder? Thanks in advance. I AM REALLLY curious what is inside that Mac drawer.

@Foody
The mac drawer is just my workpartition, it contains mac-emulation etc. it is not part of OS4.1 Update 1 !!!

@Kotler

ASL look like ever before, maybe I missed some prefs, but I did not see any possibility to choose Images for a file or dir in an ASL Requester.

@all
Loaded up some more screenshots, shadow guipref dialog, Messagingsystem prefs...

@gerograph

You've got the old disk drive icons, the new ones are bigger, and arguably prettier!

Unlike the new Ram: icon which is 'orrible.

Anyway,

Ta-da!

@Stephen_Robinson

yep, I just chucked in OS4.1 upd CD and booted, did a few screenshots, did not install it yet...
Anyway I got a limited screenresolution, and I like it small !! Furthermore I donnot like the new Icons, I rather stick to the old ones. The new ones are all so bluish with some red + blue windows + blue + darkblue background + dark shadows = all to dark I rather like it colourful and not so big...

@Stephen_Robinson

What is it with these icons that make me want to eat them?

Good to see you don't have that box around the dock. It's what always itches me in those AOS screenshots.

Anyway, nice Stuff... Hope they will update the look of the window borders a bit in the next release (for the X1000? ;) ).. They are much to fat looking...

It's a pain in the A# that I cannot install, too much work..

@Morphix

You ask about new "theme" i think ? If so, os4 does not have any "theme manager" for now (that is suck, yep), and you need manually go to the prefs:presets/SilverTheme and run those scripts for "use theme" or for "save theme".
