It works in the EarlyStartup menu and its console. I can pause X5000 booting with clicking on any key, I can navigate through EarlyStartup menu and write into console.
It does not work in WB or CLI without Startup-Sequence... :(

It sounds like you're talking about the X5000 UBoot firmware and not the AmigaOS EarlyStartup menu there.
At any rate - what AmigaOS version do you have installed on the X5000? Can you give me the full version information of - usbsys.device - bootkeyboard.usbfd - hid.usbfd - ehci.usbhcd - ohci.usbhcd

I have the exact same problem with the exact same setup. The USB log message is "Initialization error: No keyboard matrix defined in HID device" Could someone help me find a solution for that?
